🛒 Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold or red potatoes (cubed small)
- 3 tbsp Melted butter (or olive oil)
- 3 cloves Fresh garlic (finely minced)
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for that vibrant garnish!
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prep: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease your baking dish well.
